hey i cant get in the server they tell me success after they show me the realm after i click on it and they tell me logging in to game server after it doesn't work and they show me the realmlist again please Jamie help me

my name isnt jamie here download a program called teamviewer 6.
then after you download it double click on the icon and tell me your ID and password and ill do it for you

i never said that you have to make a special server for me but i have another problem but if i fixed this one i think the server will work and it is that when i click login i get stuck at authenticating and i'm using my computer and most servers work so can you help me with this one ? please
